Are chemicals really included in the price?
Yes. Every chemical your pool needs to stay balanced is included in your monthly fee, no matter how much it uses. Chlorine, acid, alkalinity, stabiliser, calcium, algaecide, clarifier, salt for chlorinators if your pool needs it. We figured this is what customers actually want, instead of a surprise bill every month.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contract. It's a month to month service. If you decide it's not for you, just tell us, we stop the next month's billing. We've found that good service keeps customers. Contracts trap them. We'd rather earn it.
What if I'm away or on holiday?
If you're away, we still come. The pool doesn't know you're on holiday and the algae doesn't take a break. We'll service it as normal and the visit is charged as usual. If we miss a day (our side), we either catch up the following week or we credit you back at month end. Fair both ways.
Will I get the same crew every visit?
Yes. We assign one crew to your suburb and they're the ones who come. Same faces, same vehicle, same day. They get to know your gate, your dogs, your pool's quirks. If they're sick or on leave, we let you know who's covering before they arrive.
Do I have to be home?
No. Most of our maintenance customers are at work when we come. Once you're on the plan, we have your gate code or a route the dogs are used to. We WhatsApp you the report once we're done.
What's not included?
Wear and tear repairs. Weir basket replacement, sand changes, multiport valves, pump or filter repairs, motor replacements, leak detection. None of that is in the monthly fee. We do all of it though, and as a maintenance customer you pay member rates, not retail. We quote each job before we do it.
How do I pay?
Yoco or EFT, monthly in advance. We send you an invoice on WhatsApp at the start of each month. Most of our customers do a recurring EFT and forget about it.

Our team has been in the pool industry since 1999. Maintenance, repairs, installations, pool builds, equipment supply. Pool Pond Spa Freeway Park has been the consumer facing brand since 2011. The maintenance crew and management have decades behind them.

We quote you
Most jobs we can quote straight from your photos at no charge. If a job needs a technician to come and look first, that is a R450 call out, and it comes off your invoice the moment you go ahead.
We book you in
Once you accept the quote we schedule the work, usually within 1 to 2 working days depending on the diary.
We do the work
Your job is handled by our own team, James, Ishmael and Lucious. You do not have to be home, we just need access to the pool and equipment, though we prefer you there so we can hand over properly.
